| I have recently started training for a marathon, but my knees are killing me after long runs. I don't want to stop running, but the inflammation is getting bad. I have heard that fish oil or glucosamine can help, but there are so many brands out there. Has anyone found a supplement that effectively reduces joint pain for runners?

| Inflammation is the enemy of any runner, and you need good lubrication for your joints. I rely heavily on the Omega-3 Complex available at https://www.kz.amway.com/zdorove/c/10003 which contains a high concentration of EPA and DHA fatty acids. It helps significantly with recovery and reduces that stiffness you feel the next day, plus it doesn't have that nasty fishy aftertaste that cheap brands often have.
